A cum laude graduate of the University of Central Florida with a bachelor's in art history, Savannah began her career in the fine art world as a gallery director, helping developers, designers and homeowners curate distinctive spaces. Her early success as an artist liaison and marketing strategist honed her ability to connect people with what speaks to them, a skill she seamlessly translated into the luxury real estate space.
Savannah specializes in serving customers across St. Petersburg, the surrounding beach communities and the greater Tampa Bay area. Coming from a long legacy of military men and women, Savannah grew up all over the United States, however, having been in Florida since age nine, she proudly considers herself a Floridian. Savannah approaches every transaction with heartfelt dedication, guided by her mission:

Known to her customers as the Energizer Bunny, her zeal is unmatched, and her sincerity is unwavering. Her personal experience with property damage during Hurricane Helene has given her rare first-hand knowledge in remediation, permitting and insurance negotiations, an added value for customers facing similar challenges.
When she's not representing customers, Savannah enjoys boating with her husband Ryan, vintage luxury treasure hunts, reading, leading worship at church and volunteering with anti-human trafficking and at-risk youth initiatives. Her awards include 35 Under 35 best REALTORS® in 2023 by Real Producers Magazine in a region of over 26,000 agents, as well as a Rising Star nominee by Real Producers Magazine.
